hello all hope the sun is shining where you are its really trying here and debating as well whether to hang out the washing on the line or is that just going to jinx things. Had another hospital appointment yesterday and they have discharged me on my knee as nothing else they can now do on it and I'm too young to have a replacement. So looks like I'm going to have to put up with now for a while yet. They are more concerned with my heart now and it was very obvious from what the consultant said to me yesterday that I caused a bit of panic especially when they had to jump start my heart again..as I've been told it could only happen to me!!!!!!!!!!!! So just wait for cardio appointment now.
Off to see Gnomeo and Julliet this afternooon with adam so looking forward to that and then Cameron shall be over tonight to look after me I hope lol!!!

hi all, sorry yet again for the absense, as you knew my dad was up last week and although shattering we had a good time. But in this time I had another visit to the doctors and I'm now being refered to a cardiologist as I've been told I do have heart problems not the best news to of heard but I shall now await this appointment and all the tests to follow...the amusing thing is I've been told not to do much and take it easy hahaha thats not possible for me at all but at the same time the last thing I want is a trip in a ambulance!! Hey ho hopefully I can knuckle down and get some more cards made.

Hiya all hope you're well and all loved up still from valentines day yesterday. I had a nice time with Cameron and to look forward to a meal out on Saturday. Got my dad arriving today till the end of the week not seen him for a year so be a little weird but hopefully it will go well and Adam will enjoy seeing his pops.

Hi all and hope you all had a great weekend...I know I did after I got the best tonic and went out on saturday boy did it feel good to feel human again in the outside world, and also spend some lovely time too with Cameron. Thankyou all for the kind comments you have been leaving me really do pep you up when you are feeling low, and I'm hoping now my mojo is returning and the pain levels have decreased so I can sit longer now with the knee bent to get some cards made.

I've got my bum into gear!!

Hi all its only me!!!! Look I've made a card woohoooo, now you all might be all thinking I've had two weeks now since my operation I should of made lots of cards..haha well I had all so many good intentions but my knee just wouldn't allow it and the recovery has taken alot longer than anticipated. I have also since found out that I struggled on the operating table and my heart went out of normal rhythum so they had to pump me with drugs to get me back into a normal heart beat. Tallies up now why I took alot longer to recover and now I'm having to have tests on whats going on with my heart pretty freaky stuff! Hey ho on the good side I'm nearly off my crutches and I'm begging now to drive and drink again lol.
Anyway I'm hoping now that I can keep motivated now with lots more cards so here is the first card that was a comission for a friend that she asked me to make:

its only me!!!!

Hi all just a quicky as using the library computer as my laptop gone off for repair, and thats pretty much in the state I am at the moment. Its all gone loopy and sat here with my crutches next to me as I had my knee operation last week so I'm all bandaged up crutched up and in pain and totally frustrated at doing very little indeed. Everything seems to of gone out of the window, blogging card making I'm feeling very down on myself and hate being so dependent on others. Still I'm hoping the operation was a sucess and it shall heal eventually. Cameron and my mum have both been so good to me seeing me in a state is no fun and I've not liked Cameron seeing me in a bad way....god knows how he still wants to be with me even after showering me and being such a good nurse haha.
I'm so hoping in the next few days I can get motivated to make some cards maybe if I shoved my crutch up my bum that might help haha
All I can do is apologise to you all for being so neglectful to each and every one of you for not being about I really hope to asap in the meantime be good be creative and hugs to all of you xx

woohooo Emma is still about lol

Hello all...OMG where have I been I really don't know and I can't believe its been so long since I've posted and I've done no commenting either, I would completly understand if Santa doesn't visit me tonight lol.
I decided I needed a break from card making..the stress of making so many cards for my craft fair made me start to not enjoying my love of card making. On top of that so much has happened too, my little kitten Gwen was recovering well only to suffer a huge setback last weekend and we had to put her down so so sad and adam was distraught and is still getting upset now about her. I've also suffered a viral flu bug which was yucky indeedy only feeling slightly more normal now lol. Then I've now found out that my knee problem is going to have to get fixed by an operation, they need to grind the knee cap away from the bones as too much rubbing and I also have a tare that needs to get fixed looking at a possible feb/march time unless I get in as a cancelation..shall dread this big time hate hospitals hate being a patient and I don;t wake up well from anesthetics. A couple of poasitives though my craft unit came and I've had a complete over haul of all my craft stuff and I'm very happy with the outcome so much more organised so I can now look forward to finding all my bits and bobs in a colour coded way lol. I already know what my new years resolution is no more crafty stuff lol until the next craft show at the SECC!!!. Also Cameron and I are going really well(well I hope so lol!!!) he has really spoilt me for xmas and this is the card I;ve made him for xmas...haha yes its a penguin card I'm mad!!!
Righty I'm hoping everyone of my bloggy friends has a safe, healthy and happy Christmas and new year, I'm away next week back down south and I shall return buzzing I hope in the new year and I can't wait. xxx

In la la land

Sorry folks that I've not been about but its all gone belly up here, so until next week I'm going to take a break from blogging.
It all started with the ex coming up for adam's birthday, then on adams birthday his little kitten Gwen got run over he was distraught as expected so the rest of his birthday was up at the vets. She has a very bad pelvic injury at first we thought she would heal but yesterday she had a further x-ray and this has showed more damage internally and most probably not operable to sustain her with any quality of life. The vet is trying his hardest to do what ever he can but looks like today or tomorrow the sad decesion will be made to put her asleep. I feel very guilty over it all and adam is once again having to face another death. Also with the bad weather occuring we never really got to do everything we had planned to for adam birthday.
I've also got my craft fair on Saturday I'm not ready for it at all but I shall just hope that a few people stop and have a look. So with all this going on I'm just taking a back step getting my head organised and then I shall be back. The only good thing at the moment is that my craft storage unit arrived yesterday so hopefully once everything settles down I can get organised and enjoy putting it all together.

Until adam is 7!!! Can't believe he will be 7 still seems my little baby and probably always will be. but thats his cake made, banners up balloons puffed up and I'm knackered I just hope he enjoys his day and his party on Saturday.

Hello all back again with another card starting to get a little bit happier with my stock levels now in readiness for my craft fair. Keep going though until I run out of steam.
Thankyou all for your kindness with Adam's diagnosis, I've got parents evening shortly so shall be interesting to hear what is said before I tell them. Then I'm off for a cuddle with Cameron for the night so looking forward to seeing him, but leaving his at 6.30am to get back for work isn't so appealing lol!!
