xmas card

hi all oh its so windy here poor adam was crying on way to school as it was so harsh in his face. just hope ryanair keep there flights ok as got my mum, ex and ex mil arriving today for adams birthday tomorrow so going to be a highly strung household the next few days i put up with the ex and wouldn't ever deny him to see his son but mil never been here so she will stick her nose in where its not wanted and be an old battle axe!!! least my mum will be great though so cheery aren't i!!!

anyway on to card this was for a challenge but when my computer decided to give up it never made the challenge. the image was from an image swap papers were from last years stash ribbon from anitas and my snowflakes from my martha stewart punch, gems from stash. have a good windy day folks xx

oh my no idea um these are goingto be rubbish lol
1) i gave birth to a stillborn baby 15th oct05
2) Adam has a rare metabollic condition called pku and un managed can lead to brain damage
3) I have lived in scotland for 18 months and was previosuly in Essex
4) Never thought i would have the confidence to leave my abusive husband and move away and start again
5) 6 years ago today i was told that i would have to give birth the next day to my son 3 weeks early i went into shock and my labour started naturally that night
6) I would love to start up a support group either for the conditon of PKU or a support group for baby loss.
7) another dream goal would be to train as a midwife
oh that was hard lol

normal service has been resumed!!!!

Well good morening to you all and its not raining yet as well and i have a smile on my face....WHy you might think and its cos adam ate well for dinner last night and slept through too woohooooo things are looking up on the adam front and he woke up this morning and said its now only 5 days till his birthday bless my little soldier.

AND guess what else.....i'm typing back on my computer woohooooooooo honestly i was like a big kid again when i turned it back on although i was mighty scared it wouldn't work. But basically the laptop was due to be picked up yesterday, but then mid morning another package from PC world arrived and it was the correct lead this time so bobs your uncle it turned on then half hour later the company then came to take it away oh no no!!! noone was taking it away from me now lol, so no idea what PC was up too but they would of recieved one very stroppy letter so shall wait to see what response i get from them. Oh but how nice is this to be tapping away I'm so sad or any of you addicted as well?!?!?!

right way too early in the morning but as its dry at moment i'm going to plant some bulbs, tidy up back garden, wash down front door then hoover out car, then adam got a party to go to later then i shall get my bum on here and post some cards although to late for the challenges

still no computer

HI all thanks for your comments adam is improving every day although totally knocked the stuffing out of him this has, but hope we are on the way up and i think the prospect of his birthday next thursday is helping.

Now onto the horrid part no computer for god knows how long arrghhhh don't know how going to cope to be honest pc world are in my bad books big time, sent the wrong leads and now have to send pc away to get fixed and could take up to 14 working days arrghhhhh, so shall be nipping to friends house or like here at the library to keep a check on things not good at all,
but hey girlies i'm thinking of you all and when i'm back up and running i shall be back with a vengenance lol

OH NO!!!!

Hi all two diasters have struck in my household, firstly my laptop cables and plug ones have gone so now wainting for new power cables to arrive tomorrow so hoping that is the problem and i don't have to send my computer away as it will be gone for 7-10 days arghhhhh, so this morning quickly nipping on my friends one to catch up.

Now the bummer one adam has been diagnosed with the dreaded swine flu and sadly he is a very poorly boy ended up at hospital sat night with him as he was quite unresponsive and his temperature had spiked to 41.3oC so i knew this was not good. they reckon he has picked it up as his immune system low from his operation, and on phoning the school this morning he only 1st case confirmed has to be my boy to spread it round the school!!! so now looking after a poorly boy and trying to contain his pku levels as well so a bit of a stressed an non sleeping house hold oh the joys!!!! just got to get adam better for next week as its his birthday, and i so so do not want it so i'm drugging my self now with vitamins.

grrrrrr, i so hope to back tomorrow peeps as got some cardsto show and i want to be back in the world of blogging, facebook and normality as a computer is normality for me (HOW SAD)

tongiht i have been to a craft show run by the Ayrshire hospice, and i was a happy bunny as I sold alot of cards tonight and in total £72.50 worth of cards were brought from me, with some very encouraging comments, 2 people took contact details for my work and i have been asked to attend again next year, so pretty chuffed with my hard work in the recent weeks.

charisma cardz a sketch

Hello all... 2nd day on the trot now must be getting back to normal in this house lol.

this card follows this weeks challenge of a sketch got straight in to this one this week and enjoyed it.

My tilda holding puppy cloured in with H20's mounted onto cardstock and ran through cuttlebug

morning all, well things must be getting better in my household as i was able to get a card made yesterday lol! adam still off school but getting better thank goodness, his mouth still very sore and he is crying everytime i go to brush his teeth, but fingers crossed i can get him back to school tomorrow then i can have a whole day to craft!!

happy birthday to me and update

Hi all yes its my birthday grand old age of 32 now!!! but to be honest its not really felt like my birthday at all. As u know adam was to go into hospital on thurs which he did and after his operation on friday he had a severe reaction to either the pre-med or general anesthetic or both so we only got out out this afternoon and only cos they are hoping that adam might drink a little better at home and if not then he has to go back in again tomorrow so i'm so hoping that he picks up pretty quick as the childrens hospital in glasgow (yorkhill) struggled with his dietary needs and obviously a stressful time for me and adam. so since home i've just been trying to make adam better.
so thankyou for messages on here and facebook folks so appreciated xx

P.S as i've not been about i'm going to extend my birthday candy till the end of the week as if i'm back in hossie tomorrow then i'm not about to post plus postal strikes etc, so folks get posting on blog candy and i might even be extra nice and show a piccie of the prize!!!!!
